Description

You will lead data engineering efforts focused on ETL processes, data modeling, and system integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL systems to extract, transform, and load data into Salesforce and Profours environments.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, templates, and load steps, including performing mock loads in development.
• Design and implement data models ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define requirements and resolve data issues.
• Automate data processing tasks and troubleshoot issues across databases and cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Expertise in Salesforce data structures, API integration, Data Loader, and Workbench.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, ELT frameworks, and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles including design patterns, version control, and testing.
• Competency in Java or Scala.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Data Architect or Administrator).
• Experience with big data technologies and AI-driven data solutions.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance and Manufacturing/Supply Chain processes.
