Job Responsibilities include:
Design, deploy, and support IT/OT network infrastructure for semiconductor manufacturing environments.
Provide operational support for Cisco-based LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and industrial network systems.
Develop and implement Special Use Networks (SUN) to ensure secure network segmentation and protection of critical operations.
Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and security issues across enterprise and factory floor environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to enable equipment integration and automation.
Monitor network health, maintain documentation, and ensure high availability, resilience, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise and industrial network infrastructure within manufacturing or site environments.
Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment, including routing, switching, LAN/WLAN, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Strong background in factory floor OT networking (Level 2/3) and integration with enterprise IT networks (Level 3.5/4).
Experience with network segmentation, high availability, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, ServiceNow, and network automation/DevOps methodologies such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD
