Description

You will manage technical assignments, system administration, and process improvements within the HealthRules Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute tactical assignments and deliver defect-free work on schedule.
• Automate manual, repeatable tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead technical projects and coach junior team members.
• Document technical processes and train team members on new workflows.
• Respond to urgent issues and collaborate with teams until resolution.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in deployment, solutions engineering, system administration, or technical application support.
• Hands-on experience with J2EE middleware such as WebLogic, WebSphere, Karaf, Apache, and JBoss.
• Strong Linux skills with the ability to navigate and manage servers.
• Experience with deployment and automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with PL/SQL and relational database technologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and communicate directly with senior management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Shell scripting skills.
