Description

Lead application testing for server modernization, migrating legacy systems to modern Microsoft environments. You own the testing strategy, execution, and validation across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for migrating legacy applications to modern Microsoft Server environments.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage testing strategies across various applications and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to verify applications on new technologies prior to decommissioning legacy platforms.
• Drive technical discussions and provide leadership throughout the testing project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Application Testing Specialist.
• Proven experience in both manual and automation testing on large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience working within the Agile framework.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Server 2008 and later, IIS, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with ASP and ASP.Net.
• Ability to translate functional and technical requirements into quality test documentation.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BDD scenario testing using SpecFlow or Cucumber and Selenium for UI testing.
• Experience working with Health and Human Services Agencies.
