Description

Lead application testing for a server modernization project, migrating legacy applications to modern Microsoft servers.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts to ensure successful migration of legacy applications to modern Microsoft Servers.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases derived from functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage testing strategies across various applications and technologies involved in the project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate applications on new technologies before decommissioning legacy platforms.
• Drive technical discussions and provide leadership throughout the testing project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application testing with both manual and automation expertise.
• Extensive experience working within the Agile framework.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Server 2008 and later, IIS, SQL Server, ASP, and ASP.Net.
• Ability to translate functional and technical requirements into high-quality test plans.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.
