Description

You will lead the quality assurance strategy for a large-scale server modernization project involving the migration of legacy applications to modern Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead application testing efforts to ensure successful migration from legacy hardware and software to modern Microsoft Servers.
• Develop and execute an enterprise testing strategy to identify and resolve code-level, data-related, and performance-based defects.
• Create comprehensive test plans and cases derived from functional and technical requirements.
• Mitigate operational risks associated with application migration and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage testing across diverse applications and technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Application Testing Manager.
• Proven experience with both manual and automation testing on large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
• Extensive experience working within the Agile Framework.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Server (2008 and later), IIS, SQL Server, ASP, and ASP.Net.
• Ability to lead functional and technical discussions with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills for managing complex testing lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BDD scenario testing using SpecFlow or Cucumber and Selenium for UI testing.
• Experience working with Health and Human Services Agencies.
• Familiarity with virtualization and modern Microsoft Server environments.

Key Skills

Education

At least 10 years of experience as a Senior Application Testing Manager with manual and automation testing experience on projects of similar size and scope.
