Description

You will lead the Application Services office, overseeing the development, implementation, support, and maintenance of large-scale business application projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct development teams in scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices.
• Manage all aspects of the Application Services Work Plan, including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinate systems analysis and applications development activities through direct and indirect staff.
• Provide status and progress updates to leadership to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Oversee resource processes including data tracking in the Project Reporting and Tracking (PRT) system, quality assurance, and performance management activities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT and business work experience, including managing teams in systems analysis or programming functions.
• Proven experience in middle-level management of systems analysis and programming teams.
• Experience managing and mentoring supervisors, project leads, or technical staff.
• Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Software Development.
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and performance reporting.
• Ability to handle Contract Negotiation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
