Description

Lead high-level design and technical direction for applications, data, and infrastructure architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-level design plans for overall application and infrastructure architectures.
• Design technical infrastructure, including databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
• Construct program flow charts and high-level product specifications with a focus on system integration.
• Assess business requirements and technology alternatives to build multi-platform consensus.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to developers and engineers across the organization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in architecture or technical leadership.
• Expertise with the latest versions of HTML and CSS.
• Strong visual design skills supported by a professional portfolio.
• Hands-on experience designing accessible products following WCAG guidelines.
• Experience contributing to UI Kits and Design Systems from both design and front-end perspectives.
• Proven ability to manage priorities for multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working within an agile team environment.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or desire to learn content management systems like AEM.
