Description

Lead the design and delivery of complex chatbot, voicebot, and generative AI solutions for global markets.

Responsibilities

• Design complex architectures on multi or hybrid cloud platforms using serverless and out-of-the-box managed solutions.
• Supervise a small team of associates, providing technical mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
• Define system requirements in close collaboration with business partners and stakeholders.
• Build and operate continuous delivery frameworks and act as a CI/CD subject matter expert.
• Design scalable event-based architectures and optimized SQL/NoSQL database schemas.

Required Skills

• 9-15 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise solutions for Chatbots, Voicebots, or Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with multi/hybrid cloud technologies including GCP or AWS.
• Deep expertise in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) domain.
• Strong proficiency in designing SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience implementing Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile methodologies.
• Background in managing and growing client accounts through technical consultancy.
• Experience with event-based architecture design.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to prioritize tasks across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL, document processing techniques, or RPA solutions.
• Background in delivering total experience transformation to drive business outcomes.
