Description

You will design and scale Kubernetes-based automation platforms, focusing on control plane operations and infrastructure provisioning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale Kubernetes platforms, prioritizing platform-level operations over consumer usage.
• Operate and design control planes for large-scale Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code automation and cloud infrastructure provisioning at scale.
• Develop and maintain control planes and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs).
• Apply SRE and resiliency concepts, including fault domain design and isolation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in architecture and software development.
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes at scale and control plane operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Go or Python.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Expertise in infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of containerization, virtualization, and microservices.
• Proven experience with DevOps and GitOps methodologies for CI/CD delivery.
• Knowledge of security concepts and zero-trust design principles.
• Experience developing and working with Kubernetes CRDs.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Crossplane for cloud infrastructure management.
