Description

You will lead large-scale data architecture and cloud migration initiatives within the banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of on-premises systems to AWS, managing cutover planning and post-migration reconciliation.
• Architect and deploy scalable Spark clusters on Kubernetes within AWS environments.
• Design and develop ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading to maintain high data integrity.
• Establish and enforce data standards across pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Oversee data ingestion and transformation processes to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering roles.
• Extensive experience with on-premises to cloud data migration projects.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services including Glue Catalog, Lake Formation, and EMR.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Spark cluster deployment.
• Strong understanding of Data Extraction and Transformation processes.
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Direct experience working within the banking domain.
