Description

You will define and drive the enterprise data integration strategy, aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of integration solutions using Talend, HVR, and Starfish.
• Oversee large-scale data migration, replication, and transformation projects.
• Establish and enforce ETL/ELT standards, governance frameworks, and security models.
• Provide strategic leadership to engineering teams, mentoring and reviewing solutions.
• Drive adoption of automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and monitoring practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering architecture.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise with Talend and HVR, capable of supervising others.
• Demonstrated practical experience with AWS services including Glue, S3, Redshift, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Experience architecting cloud-native integration solutions on AWS.
• Proficiency in establishing and enforcing data governance and security models.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• B.E / B.Tech / MCA qualification.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
