Description

You will design scalable system architectures for Network Management Systems using cloud-native components and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build information models aligned with element management standards to represent system functionality.
• Design scalable architectures for network element configuration, event receiving, and statistics collection.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure architecture implementability, effort estimation, and test strategy.
• Work with other architects on proof of concepts and early technical evaluations.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in distributed system design and web application architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Javascript, C++, and SQL.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), and Time Series DB (Timescale DB).
• Expertise in Cloud Native development, microservices, and Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Experience designing with REST, gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of data collection pipelines involving extraction, transformation, and integration.
• Experience with log collection and visualization tools such as Loki, Logstash, Kibana, or Grafana.
• Understanding of security concepts including Authentication, Authorization, and Role Based Access Control.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of modeling languages such as UML or SysML.
• Experience with network management protocols like SNMP/MIB, NetConf/YANG, or OpenAPI.
• Familiarity with telecom standards such as TM-Forum, ITU-T, O-RAN, 3gPP, or ONF.
