Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using Azure to meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI to enhance customer interactions and automate workflows.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency scalability and security.
• Oversee the integration of Azure services with Kore.AI platforms to create seamless and intelligent solutions.
• Ensure the architecture aligns with organizational goals and complies with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions identifying areas for optimization and implementing necessary changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Document architectural designs technical specifications and implementation plans for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and functionality of deployed solutions.

Experience Required: 15 to 17 years of experience with expertise in Azure cloud architecture and deployment, proficiency in Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI platforms, proven track record of delivering successful projects within defined timelines and budgets
