Description

Design and implement scalable, secure cloud-based solutions on Azure, integrating Kore.AI conversational AI platforms to automate workflows and enhance customer interactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy secure Azure cloud solutions that align with business goals and industry compliance standards.
• Develop and integrate conversational AI systems using Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Assess existing systems, recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability, and oversee integration with Azure services.
• Mentor development teams on best practices, security standards, and architectural consistency while monitoring solution performance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software architecture and cloud deployment.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.
• Proven proficiency with Kore.AI and Kore Agent Assist platforms.
• Strong background in conversational AI and system integration.
• Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and drive solution design.
