Description

You will support, enhance, and maintain statewide SNAP and TANF eligibility determination and registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using ASP.NET and MVC frameworks.
• Interpret and implement federal and state mandates using Web Services, Microservices, SOAP, and RESTful WCF/Web API.
• Provide subject matter expertise on system architectures and recommend process enhancements.
• Develop, maintain, and update documentation for procedures, policies, and processes.
• Train end users on software applications.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in software development, analysis, and design using ASP.NET.
• 10 years of experience with MVC Frameworks (5.0/4.0), including controller actions, views, state management, security, and caching.
• 10 years of experience with automated eligibility determination systems.
• 5 years of general software development experience.
• 4 years of experience in system architecture expertise.
• 3 years of experience in technical documentation and end-user training.
• 2 years of experience implementing mandates via Web Services, Microservices, SOAP, and RESTful WCF/Web API.
• Proficiency in SQL and Java.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SCRUM/iteration methodologies and Jira Software.
• Experience converting outdated technologies to new systems.
