Description

Design, build, and maintain statewide SNAP/TANF eligibility determination systems using ASP.NET and MVC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using ASP.NET and MVC frameworks, focusing on controller actions, views, state management, and security.
• Own the migration of legacy components to modern architectures, including microservices and web APIs.
• Integrate with external platforms via web services, implementing mandates using SOAP, Restful WCF, and Web API.
• Automate processes and implement system enhancements through integration with various platforms.
• Provide technical recommendations and subject matter expertise on system architecture, documentation, and user training.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience with ASP.NET and MVC Frameworks (5.0/4.0).
• 10 years of experience with automated eligibility determination systems.
• 4 years of experience providing subject matter expertise on system architectures.
• 3 years of experience enhancing systems and processes.
• 2 years of experience implementing mandates using Webservices, Microservices, SOAP, Restful WCF, and Web API.
• Experience with SCRUM/Iteration methodologies and Jira Software.
• Knowledge of SNAP and TANF eligibility and economic assistance policies.
