Design and maintain complex .NET solutions for state government business needs.

Lead the design, development, and support of web-based applications using MVC and SharePoint.

Provide technical leadership through architecture guidance, code reviews, and the development of coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using MVC and SharePoint.
• Analyze business requirements to implement SharePoint out-of-the-box functionality or custom solutions.
• Develop and support SharePoint web parts and workflows.
• Maintain and enhance existing codebases while identifying technical risks and recommending best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with C# and ASP.NET.
• Experience with VB.NET.
• 3+ years of SharePoint development experience.
• Expertise in MVC and design patterns.
• Proficiency in MS SQL 2008 or higher.
• Expert knowledge of Web Services, JavaScript, and AJAX technologies.
• Strong understanding of modern web application and architectural trends.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
