You will analyze large quantitative datasets to drive operational efficiency, build KPI dashboards, and support business decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data sets to identify insights and manage operational risk.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to support key business decisions across the organization.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and business data representations.
• Mentor and coach junior developers within the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Expertise in creating Microsoft SSRS reports and SSAS cubes.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau functions and Tableau Desktop.
• Tableau Desktop Certification.
• Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Auto Loan or Financial Industry.
