Lead Japanese market research projects, owning the full lifecycle from kick-off to insight generation and ensuring rigorous execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with researchers in Japan to maintain high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Drive project phases including approach development, execution, and data visualization.
• Program online questionnaires for quantitative studies using Decipher tool templates.
• Manage data collection with external agencies to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze study data and collaborate with stakeholders to present findings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative research and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SPSS for statistical analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and working with databases.
• Strong grasp of statistical approaches including conjoint, MaxDiff, and linear regression.
• Ability to synthesize information and think strategically in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in the Japanese language and familiarity with Japanese work practices.
• Knowledge of statistical packages such as Q.
