Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair desktop, laptop, and mobile device hardware including Android, Apple, and Microsoft systems.
• Manage user account information, security rights, user groups, and email accounts.
• Support core infrastructure by troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Document, upgrade, and replace hardware and software for laptop and desktop systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support service delivery programs, critical incidents, and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support capacity.
• Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and Azure.
• Proficiency with various imaging platforms and desktop/image engineering.
• A+ certification.
• Network+ certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITIL Foundation.
• Scripting knowledge using batch files and PowerShell.
• Project management experience.
