Description

You will manage process excellence and quality assurance frameworks within an Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities

• Establish project processes aligned with client requirements and IMS standards.
• Conduct internal, configuration, and release audits and publish findings.
• Collect and verify monthly project metrics to support Quantitative Project Management.
• Analyze audit findings quarterly and yearly to identify and implement CAPA.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct organizational training, and participate in quality management reviews.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in process excellence or software quality assurance.
• Practical knowledge of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Experience applying SQC (Statistical Quality Control) techniques.
• Ability to use regression models for organizational metric establishment.
• Experience conducting internal, configuration, and release audits.
• Proficiency in project metric collection and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to facilitate audits and communicate findings to internal and external customers.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
