Description

You will design end-to-end user experiences by translating client goals into functional, accessible interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create user journeys, wireframes, detailed UX flows, and prototypes demonstrating micro-interactions.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and accurate implementation.
• Present user research results and influence decision-making through storytelling with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design team's platform style guide, tools, and practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Illustrator, Sketch, Axure, or Keynote.
• Experience using Analytics or BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Ability to work within a highly Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience creating pixel-perfect visuals for product interfaces or demos.
• Knowledge of design conventions including responsiveness and accessibility.
• Experience assisting with content development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Analytics for Salesforce.
