Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale automation orchestration and workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible, Python, and Shell scripts.
• Lead the full SDLC from planning and design through testing, deployment, and support.
• Analyze existing system integrations to identify, document, and architect automation requirements.
• Mentor development teams and provide hands-on technical leadership as a lead developer.
• Maintain and monitor deployed automation solutions to ensure scalability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering or architecture.
• Expertise in Ansible Automation Platform and Python development.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and RPA tools.
• Experience configuring workflow orchestrations using AIOps tools like Amelia.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and ServiceNow Automation.
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools including Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana.
• Experience with batch processing tools such as Autosys.
• Strong understanding of large-scale distributed systems and application architecture.
