Description

Lead quality assurance for complex iOS and Android applications, owning the release sign-off process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Support manual and automation testing for new mobile features during sprints.
• Write and manage test cases in TestRail to increase functional coverage.
• Collaborate with mobile engineering teams to plan, execute, and sign off on releases.
• Review functional specifications to contribute to test specifications and exit reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development or quality assurance.
• 3+ years of mobile testing experience on iOS and Android platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience writing automation test cases using Python or Java.
• Working knowledge of Appium.
• Experience with Xcode, Android Studio, and extracting device logs.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for defect management.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Knowledge of API testing tools including SoapUI, Postman, or Charles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing video-centric applications or TV STB applications.
• Knowledge of Linux and Shell Scripting.
