Lead automation testing projects from strategy through execution and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the automation test strategy, planning, and governance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Execute test suites and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Manage automation projects with strong customer-facing communication.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency in Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Experience with Robotic Framework and Katalon.
• Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Proven customer-facing and reporting skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
