Description

Own test design, automation development, and validation for Client Central features across AWS cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed test scenarios in Gherkin feature files and participate in story refinement.
• Develop and maintain step definitions and automated tests using Cypress, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Execute automated test suites across multiple environments and validate backend logic via SQL.
• Perform manual functional, regression, and integration testing, documenting defects in ALM.
• Support environment configuration checks, connectivity validation, and release readiness reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright Cucumber frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in writing and interpreting complex SQL queries for cloud-based environments.
• Practical experience creating automated tests using Cucumber Gherkin in Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Java for development and automation tasks.
• Experience designing feature files and developing step definitions for enterprise applications.
• Background in functional, regression, and integration testing with defect lifecycle management.
• Experience with ALM for test case management and familiarity with Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing Finance Domain or inventory management applications.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, Terraform scripts, and Jira X-Ray.
