Description

You will lead quality assurance activities for priority web, desktop, and mobile applications, owning the full QA lifecycle from test planning to defect triage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Build and maintain automated regression tests using Selenium WebDriver with .Net Core or Java.
• Perform performance testing using LoadRunner and ADA compliance testing with JAWS, WAVE, or NVDA.
• Triage and record defects using TFS or HP Quality Center, ensuring technical requirements and HIPAA PHI standards are met.
• Analyze business needs to create user acceptance tests (UAT) and supporting documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting development platforms and technical architectures.
• 7 years of experience creating and running regression/automation tests using Selenium WebDriver with .Net Core 2.0 or Java.
• 7 years of experience in performance testing using LoadRunner.
• 7 years of experience in ADA compliance testing using JAWS, WAVE, or NVDA.
• 7 years of experience in QA and usability testing using ALM QC for test case management and defect tracking.
• 7 years of experience coordinating testing activities with business analysts and technical subject matter experts.
• 6 years of experience creating test documents for functional and UAT testing.
• 4 years of experience using Team Foundation Server and SharePoint.
• 2 years of experience testing applications containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Open2Test or keyword-driven frameworks.
