You will define the test automation strategy and build scalable testing infrastructure across multiple platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall test automation strategy across multiple platforms.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable automation frameworks.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines alongside development and DevOps teams.
• Review existing test automation scripts and suggest necessary improvements.
• Mentor and guide test automation engineers across various teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in software testing, covering functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Proficiency with Selenium for UI automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with test management tools and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience as an Automation Architect or Lead.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
