You will define the technical strategy and architecture for complex data platform integration and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Data & Analytics controls & solution lead for complex data platform integration and migration projects, defining technical strategy and architecture.
• Lead design of data migration strategies from existing platforms to target state cloud based data platforms like Snowflake.
• Provide technical guidance in designing target state platforms and solutions, and implement cloud and data controls.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and reference architectures for target state.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, communicating status and risks effectively.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology design, architecture, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of tech stacks supporting Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP) and data services.
• Significant experience migrating cloud and on-premise data platforms and data warehouses to cloud ecosystems.
• Hands-on knowledge of implementing data and cloud governance controls in platforms.
• Experience building platform roadmaps and defining architecture strategies.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills for architecting complex data solutions.
• Familiarity with S3, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Dataiku, Alteryx.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
