Description

You will lead the technical design and architecture for complex data platform integrations and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Data & Analytics controls & solution lead for data platform integration and migration projects, defining technical strategy and architecture.
• Lead the design of data migration strategies from existing platforms to target state cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake.
• Implement cloud and data controls within the data platforms and solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and reference architectures for the target state.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and communicate risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology design, architecture, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of tech stacks supporting Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience with data platforms including S3, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Dataiku, and Alteryx.
• Significant experience migrating cloud and on-premise data platforms and data warehouses.
• Hands-on knowledge of implementing data and cloud governance controls in platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design and architecture discussions across technology and business teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for architecting complex data solutions.
