Description

You will build interfaces and automated workflows to help data scientists and analysts access and interact with data within an AWS ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build user-friendly interfaces and workflows to simplify data access from S3, EC2, and Redshift.
• Design and implement automated solutions for secure environment access and data movement.
• Automate post-processing tasks triggered by incoming data.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to provide customized solutions for their workflows.
• Support reporting and data visualization needs for end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
• Deep expertise in AWS services including S3, EC2, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, and ECS.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience building automation pipelines and post-processing workflows in cloud environments.
• Experience with SageMaker, Jupyter Notebook, or Domino.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days a week in the DC/VA area.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the R programming language.
