Description

You will design and implement foundational cloud infrastructure, defining architecture and guardrails from scratch to scale long term.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define foundational cloud architecture and standards for large, regulated platforms.
• Build and automate infrastructure using Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Make early design decisions that ensure scalability and reliability.
• Operate with limited ambiguity and help shape engineering patterns.
• Collaborate closely with solution architecture and security teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Expert proficiency with Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Proven ability to define cloud architecture from scratch.
• Experience building infrastructure for large, regulated platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in highly regulated industries.
• Background in solution architecture or security engineering.
