Description

You will design and implement an AIOps framework using AWS AI technologies to automate and enhance network operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AWS cloud architecture to support AIOps initiatives.
• Integrate machine learning models to predict network outages and optimize performance.
• Implement AWS AI agentic layers and frameworks for autonomous network decision-making.
• Evaluate and incorporate AWS AI services like SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend into network operations.
• Develop feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the AIOps framework.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, focused on AWS.
• Expertise in AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, CloudFormation.
• Proven experience implementing AI/ML solutions in a telecom environment.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune, and Amazon GNN.
• Familiarity with telecom network technologies and protocols.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
