Description

Lead data development and product ownership tasks within the AWS ecosystem. Own the release pipeline and technical execution for large-scale data projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines using AWS EMR, Glue, PySpark, and PySQL.
• Perform data pulls from Oracle and AWS environments and execute expert-level SQL analysis.
• Translate user requirements into actionable technical tasks and user stories within a Scrum framework.
• Debug Python code and collaborate with operations teams to resolve and track technical issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in data development.
• Proficiency in Python, including reading and understanding existing codebases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS EMR, AWS Glue, and PySpark.
• Expertise in SQL for complex data analysis and prototyping.
• Experience working with very large datasets.
• Working knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare domain and knowledge of 867 Sales & Payer subject areas.
• Background in analytics applications and Scrum methodologies.
