You will build and maintain highly scalable, available systems using Python and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient, well-tested, and reusable Python code.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and enforce source control best practices.
• Design serverless systems using Lambda, ECS, and Step Functions.
• Produce documentation to enable team contribution and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production Python development experience.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services, particularly DynamoDB and NoSQL.
• Experience building event-driven architectures with message queues.
• Solid understanding of Git, unit testing, and TDD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CDK, Kubernetes, and relational databases (MSSQL/PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of AI app development on Bedrock/Vertex AI and frameworks like LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with media file formats and video engineering.
