Manage and optimize enterprise Azure cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and storage systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Administer Windows and Linux systems, including OS upgrades and patching.
• Perform NetApp cluster rebuilds and optimizations for storage efficiency.
• Manage VMware/vCenter environments to ensure virtual infrastructure stability.
• Implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on Azure.
• Expertise in Windows and Linux administration, including OS patching and upgrades.
• Hands-on experience with NetApp clusters, including rebuilds and optimization.
• Proficiency in VMware/vCenter for virtualization management.
• Strong knowledge of BCP/DR planning and implementation.
• Experience in vulnerability remediation and security best practices.
• Familiarity with database administration (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or cloud DBs).
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale cloud migrations and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
