Description

You will build and support data analytics pipelines for a data modernization project. You will assist in planning and designing the overall architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build data analytics pipelines using Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics.
• Assist the Senior Director of Cloud Development in planning and designing the overall architecture.
• Complete complex project work, including troubleshooting and correcting errors or technical issues.
• Provide status updates on work assignments and technical risks to the project timeline within a scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Gen2 (Blob Storage).
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (Pipelines and Data Flows).
• Experience with Azure Data Catalog.
• Working knowledge of Azure Event Grid.
• Experience with Azure Service Bus.
• Ability to work with Azure SQL Database.
• Proficiency with Synapse Analytics.
• Experience working within a scrum team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data modernization projects.
