You will design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services, applying software engineering techniques from feature development to deployment and CI/CD practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, resolve incidents, and remediate root causes.
• Ensure quality, security, reliability, and compliance by implementing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate in agile multi-disciplinary teams, participating in ceremonies and advocating for client needs.
• Apply DevOps practices, including continuous integration and automated testing.
• Evaluate technology options with long-term sustainability and reusability in mind.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of strong server-side Java development, including multi-threaded programming and RESTful web services.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform and Docker containerization.
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and test-driven development.
• Ability to meet non-functional requirements such as stability, capacity, and scalability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the derivatives business domain and front office experience.
• Web frontend experience with HTML5, ECMAScript 6, and React/Redux.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium and Cucumber.
