Description

Act as the subject matter expert for Azure network architecture to ensure uptime and security.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend and implement best-practice network architectures.
  • Deploy, document, and maintain Azure network infrastructure and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical or escalated technical issues within Azure cloud environments.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and provide onsite support as needed.
  • Develop technical processes, documentation, and train other network engineers.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Azure Networking and Network Security, including Virtual WAN, vNets, ExpressRoute, VPN, Cisco FTDv firewalls, NSGs, and DMZ.
  • Deep understanding of IP routing and networking protocols: CIDR, subnetting, VLSM, BGP, EIGRP, and MPLS.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure: Compute, Storage, and KeyVaults.
  • Strong understanding of Azure Security, including Entra ID, RBAC, and Policies.
  • Azure AZ-700 network associate certification.

  • Any Graduate degree.
