Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript on AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST API services.
• Implement and manage API security features.
• Build homegrown JavaScript/Node applications for the Authentication/Web Security team.
• Integrate with .Net services where necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with Express.js and building REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud Platform services.
• Knowledge of secure web API development practices.
• Experience with authentication and authorization concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JWT Services, SSO, and SAML.
• Familiarity with MS Active Directory and Identity and Access Management.
• Knowledge of SQL, MSSQL, Mongo DB, or Dynamo DB.
