Description

You will build and maintain high-volume transactional customer-facing systems using Node.js.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and JavaScript (ES6).
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following data structure and algorithm best practices.
• Integrate RDBMS and NoSQL data storage solutions.
• Manage asynchronous, non-blocking architectures and handle async programming complexities.
• Develop within an Agile environment, working in small teams or squads.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of async non-blocking architecture and asynchronous programming.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React.
• Contributions to open source projects or experience with open-source ecosystems.
