Description

You will design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and platform capabilities, owning the release pipeline and production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable, scalable distributed systems and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive features from prototype to production with end-to-end ownership.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure release readiness.
• Support production deployments and perform post-deployment validation.
• Partner with technical leaders to contribute to architecture and roadmap planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• 3+ years building and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform or Azure.
• Hands-on experience establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and design patterns.
• Strong skills with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience coordinating release cycles and supporting production deployments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare domains (PBM, NCPDP, HIPAA).
• Experience with Application & Performance Monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Pub/Sub, Kafka, or other event-driven messaging systems.
