Description

You will design, build, and maintain large-scale distributed systems and RESTful APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure for high-scale distributed services.
• Optimize Big Data ecosystems using Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
• Develop core backend services in compiled languages like Java, Scala, or Go.
• Lead cross-team project delivery within an agile framework.
• Ensure system reliability through observability and cloud infrastructure best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• 3+ years using cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• 2+ years managing Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop/MR, Kafka).
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Go.
• 1+ year of experience with Observability (tracing, SLI/SLO/SLA).
• Solid understanding of OO Design and OOA.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, or Gradle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale, cross-team project leadership.
