Description

You will build and maintain backend services for Caterpillar using Java, AWS, and PostgreSQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java 17.
• Implement and maintain REST APIs.
• Deploy applications using AWS services.
• Integrate AWS services including Kinesis, SQS, and SNS.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 17.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Strong backend development experience.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to understand and implement business logic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with AI development practices.
