Responsibilities

• Develop data analysis tools for bioinformatics applications.
• Implement solutions leveraging AWS cloud APIs.
• Contribute to high-performance computing (HPC) integrations.
• Build scalable backend services for scientific computing workloads.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Experience working with High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services and APIs.
• Solid background in scientific computing packages.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and data processing.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and tested code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bioinformatics or life sciences domains.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
