Description

You will manage bench sales operations and place consultants during US shift hours.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute bench sales processes to place consultants.
• Manage candidate availability and match skills to client requirements.
• Operate during the 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST shift, Monday through Friday.
• Coordinate with consultants to align their skills with open roles.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional roles.
• Direct experience in Bench Sales.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday on US timings.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing incentives and performance bonuses.
