Description

Manage the full sales lifecycle for bench consultants in the US IT staffing industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants by identifying suitable requirements through job boards and social networking sites.
• Execute business development, client management, and account mapping.
• Negotiate bill rates with vendors and clients on C2C and C2H bases.
• Evaluate candidates against requirements based on skills, domain, experience, and qualifications.
• Maintain databases and generate daily reports to track progress.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of proven experience in US IT staffing bench sales.
• Deep knowledge of US tax terms including Corp to Corp (C2C), Contract to Hire (C2H), 1099, and W2.
• Experience working with OPT/CPT, H1B, H1 Transfers, EAAD, Green Card, and US citizens.
• Proficiency in client penetration and sales lifecycle management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST).
• Proven ability to meet regular sales targets.
