Description

You manage the end-to-end marketing and placement process for bench consultants, covering EAD, H1B, GC, and US Citizen profiles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new contacts with Tier 1 vendors and clients through networking and cold calling.
• Source requirements using job boards and submit resumes to your database and new contacts.
• Maintain daily communication with consultants regarding submissions and interview updates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial follow-up to final placement and track assignments.

Required Skills

• 2 to 6 years of Bench Sales experience.
• Deep knowledge of US visa classifications including H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD, and GC.
• Experience with the US recruitment cycle covering Contract, Contract to Hire, and Permanent roles.
• Understanding of US tax terms, employment status, and time zones.
• Proficiency with job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Strong negotiation and cold-calling skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
