You will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for bench sales positions, owning the pipeline from sourcing to onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
• Manage client accounts and build relationships to identify hiring needs.
• Handle all candidate communication and negotiate offers.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven expertise in full-life cycle recruiting.
• Strong background in sales recruitment.
• Experience in account management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
